BRracing is pleased to announce several key personnel additions to our team to better serve our customers.

As we have noted before, we have been growing at about 100% for each of the last four (4) years, and we have already done more this year than we did in all of last year.   We now have three (3) full business divisions, our core service (factory repair and maintenance services), our new online parts sales (e-commerce), and our Motorsport group (storage, transportation, track services, instruction), all running and doing well.

But, the core of our business has been our Service unit, and we always looking for outstanding talent and personnel to add to our team.  We’re thrilled to announce the addition of another very key service engineer, who has over 20 years of experience.  He most recently came from Stevens Creek BMW, where he was a service foreman over a large group of service technicians.  He worked at Stevens Creek for over eight (8) years, and unlike many dealer technicians, did not specialize in one line of cars, but covered them all.  He also is very adept at the electronic diagnostic side, which is a key asset given the transition of technology in the newer cars, especially as we at BRracing prepare for the onslaught of new hybrid vehicles.   This now brings our service tech team to a total of 6 engineers, the largest we are aware of for an independent shop at a single location servicing the European brand of cars.   Our service business has really grown, as we have written over 1300 service tickets / work orders already this  year, and have a service base of over 1,600 customers currently.  The service team has extreme depth….the combined service experience of our team would now exceed 100 years of service work……this is a very strong, experienced, deep team.  Our ongoing role to also have our team members serve on professional race team crews has also broaden our experience quotient.

We continue our relentless push for service excellence and customer satisfaction, and we continue to add to our service staff and our diagnostic tools, to ensure that we can provide the best customer experience and value in the area.

In addition to our service team, we have added two members to our e-commerce product team.  This is to allow us to continue to fill out the product line that we carry, as we strive to be one of the few e-commerce players to carry products and solutions for multiple car manufacturers (Audi, BMW, MINI, Porsche, Mercedes, Ferrari), and we launched our site with over 8,000 products in the catalog.  Adding to that strong listing, and managing images, pictures, installation instructions, and the rest so that we can provide the most comprehensive, and easy to use site is a big task….but our new team is hard at work, and is there also to assist in the sales support roles as well.
