BRracing – Warranty
This is a Limited Warranty for work performed during service, repair or upgrades by BRracing / BRracing Motorsports (the Shop). This Limited Warranty is valid solely for the person to whom it is granted and whose name appears on the original work order for as long as he or she owns the vehicle stated herein. This warranty covers labor and parts only, is a Limited Warranty, and the Limited Warranty is for two year (2) and unlimited miles within that two year period. The time period starts from the date of the Work Order completion date. Stipulations pertaining to each part of this warranty are:
1. MECHANICAL REPAIRS: The Shop provides a Limited Warranty for mechanical repairs pertaining directly to auto repairs.
2. PARTS: The Shop provides a Limited Warranty for parts.
3. SECTIONS 1-2: The Shop will repair, or replace, solely at its option, any items in sections 1-2 when claim is made while the present owner stated herein owns the vehicle, unless caused by or damage resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle. This Limited Warranty shall be null and void if any repair is altered, adjusted, or tampered with by any person not authorized by BRracing / BRracing Motorsport. This warranty is not transferable.
4. SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED: A. Incidental costs, such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, or assemblies and components not specifically covered by this Limited Warranty, and consequential damages such as damage to other assemblies and components resulting from a defective part installed or repaired during the repair. B. Rust, surface rust, and/or damage caused by rusting of interior or exterior panels is not covered. This Limited Warranty states all the warranties made by the Shop and contains the only promises for which it will be responsible.
5. CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATIONS: In order to obtain the benefits of this warranty, the vehicle owner shall: A. Present the owner’s copy of this warranty document to the warrantor before requested warranted repair, adjustment, or inspection, and B. Have any warranted repair, adjustment, or inspection made only at the premises of the warrantor during normal business hours. If the customer chooses to have another shop / service center attend to, inspect, diagnose, repair any issue related to prior work done by the shop, those expenses are not covered, and the warranty will henceforth by null and void. ALL WARRANTIES implied by law, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby limited to the warranty period herein and shall expire at the end of such period.
