Porsche 718 Cayman GTS 4.0
A Porsche Cayman GTS 4.0 already delivers one of Porsche’s best modern combinations—a naturally aspirated, 4.0 liter, flat-six in a mid-engine chassis. A JCR exhaust takes that experience another step further and let’s the engine scream (JCR exhausts are known for being loud, aggressive).
This GTS 4.0 received a JCR exhaust system (cat back, OPF back, rear muffler section only), opening up more of the 4.0L flat-six sound and giving the car a sharper, more aggressive character while maintaining a high-quality, purposeful installation.
More sound, more character, and more of what makes the GTS 4.0 special.

Porsche Cayenne, 2020
What sounds like a small issue can quickly turn into something much more extensive.
This Porsche Cayenne developed a leaking water pump, but the problem didn’t stop with the coolant loss.
Coolant made its way into the vent lines, where it began damaging the solenoids—turning a water pump failure into a significantly more involved repair.
Modern cooling systems are interconnected with components you might not immediately associate with a coolant leak. Catching the initial failure early can make a major difference in preventing secondary damage.

BMW G20 M340i, 2020
One of the best performance platforms BMW has built in recent years (and a semi-sleeper of a performance car) gets an important supporting upgrade.
This BMW M340i came to BRracing for an upgraded “charge pipe”, replacing the factory component with a more robust solution designed to better handle the demands of the turbocharged B58.
On a modified or higher-boost car, strengthening components in the charge-air system helps create a more dependable foundation for future performance upgrades. It’s the kind of modification that isn’t immediately visible from the outside, but plays an important role when building a reliable performance package. The original OEM plastic charge pipe is known as a weak point in the turbo system, and is prone to cracking at the seams. The aluminum charge pipe provides for better flow, and a more reliable solution.
With its **B58 turbocharged inline-six, xDrive capability, and huge tuning potential**, the M340i continues to be an excellent platform for enthusiasts who want serious performance without sacrificing everyday usability.

Porsche 987.2 Cayman (base), 2009
This Porsche Cayman came in with a PDK transmission issue (we have now done over 50 PDK repairs), and once disassembled, the source of the problem became clear. The image below is the crank angle sensor. If this is dirty, has debris covering it, very likely that we have a failed dual mass flywheel, and the transmission needs to be removed from the car to validate.
The photos show the PDK transmission removed from the vehicle, exposing the engine side, and the inside of the bell housing of the PDK transmission. The pic below shows the telltake sign that the dual mass flywheel had indeed failed (a non-failed dual mass flywheel will NOT leave the greasy residue on the inside of the bellhousing)
The final validation is the visual inspection of the surface of the dual mass flywheel. The dual mass flywheel has a fluid center, and the face of the flywheel should normally be dry, but this shows the visual evidence of the fluid having escaped and sprayed out over the surface.
. Over 50% of the PDK failures that we have repaired, have had a failed “dual mass flywheel” as a main contributing factor.
Problems inside a PDK can quickly become involved repairs, making proper diagnosis critical before parts are replaced. This PDK needed the full repair suite (gear position / distance sensor, speed sensor, pressure sensor, DCT clutch cover, shaft seals, filter, fluids)

Porsche 992 911 Carerra S, 2022
Sharper handling starts with giving the suspension more control and eliminating the bushing that are too soft, have too much deflection under load. This customer tracks their car, so the crispness, responsiveness of the suspension was an important upgrade and objective.
This Porsche 911 Carrera S received a set of Dundon Motorsports suspension links, designed to provide greater precision and adjustability than the factory setup. Upgrades like these allow the chassis geometry to be better optimized for a more responsive, confidence-inspiring setup—especially for drivers looking to get most out of their 911.

Porsche 991.2 Carrera Targa 4 GTS, 2018
A little more sound, a lot more character.
This 991 Targa 4S GTS came in for a SOUL exhaust upgrade, replacing the restrictive factory setup to let more of that flat-six sound come through.
A clean upgrade that gives the car a more aggressive tone while keeping the character that makes the 911 so good. Previously, we had installed “height adjustable springs” (HAS) kit, updated ride height, performed a custom alignment and upgraded the engine software w an APR Stage 1 DME / ECU “tune”. We have also been servicing this Porsche 991 GTS for over 4 years for all the normal factory maintenance and services.

Porsche 993 Carrera S, 1997
Keeping the classics on the road like this beautiful 993.
This Porsche 993 came into BRracing for service to keep everything running properly and preserve the driving experience these air-cooled 911s are known for.

Porsche Cayenne Turbo, 2012
Keeping the Porsche Cayenne Turbo riding the way it should.
This Porsche Cayenne came into BRracing for failed front air shocks, needing diagnosis / validation, and ultimately, replacement. Over time, air suspension components can wear and begin to affect ride height, comfort, and overall suspension performance.
New struts installed and the Cayenne is back to the proper ride height and ready for the road.

Maserati MC20, 2022
The Maserati MC20 is something you don’t see every day.
With its carbon-fiber monocoque, mid-engine layout, and twin-turbo Nettuno V6, the MC20 is a unique approach to the modern Italian supercar — and seeing one at BRracing definitely stands out from the usual lineup.
One of our favorite parts of the shop is the diversity of cars that come through the doors. From familiar European performance cars to something as uncommon as an MC20, there’s always something different to appreciate.
Cars like this keep things interesting. Car needed tires and servicing (we match TireRack in terms of tire pricing, and are one of the few service centers that offer “touchless” mounting, along with “load force” balancing.
Audi R8 V10 Plus, 2018
A naturally aspirated V10 deserves an exhaust that lets it speak.
This Audi R8 V10 received a Valvetronic Designs valved exhaust system, transforming the character of the car while retaining control over the volume when needed. The intricate fabrication and compact routing are almost as impressive as the sound—especially when you see how tightly everything fits behind the R8’s rear bodywork.
With the valves closed, the system can keep things more restrained. Open them up, and the R8’s high-revving V10 gets the aggressive, exotic soundtrack that makes this platform so special.
It’s a great example of how the right modification can enhance an already unique car without changing what makes it great in the first place.
